Refund policy

1. Digital delivery

Packages are delivered instantly and in full at the moment of purchase. Because the entire content is available immediately, sales are final once the access link has been used.

2. When we do refund

• The package could not be delivered or the access link never worked.
• The documents delivered differ materially from the list shown on the product page.
• You were charged twice for the same package.

In these cases we refund the full amount to the original payment method, normally within five working days.

3. How to request one

Reply to your delivery email with your order reference and a short description of the problem. We aim to answer every request within two working days.

4. Access after a refund

When a refund is issued, the access link for that package is revoked and the documents can no longer be downloaded.
