Terms of sale

1. Who you are contracting with

Regwise sells digital compliance document packages to organisations. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or public body and not as a consumer.

2. What you receive

Each package is a defined set of editable documents, listed in full on the product page before purchase. Payment grants your organisation a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, adapt and internally distribute those documents.

• You may edit and rebrand the documents for internal use.
• You may use them for clients if your organisation delivers advisory or managed services.
• You may not resell, publish or redistribute the files as a standalone product.

3. Delivery

Delivery is digital and immediate. After payment we email a private access link to the address entered at checkout. That link is your key to the download area and should be treated as confidential.

4. Payment and VAT

Prices are shown in euro. Applicable VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; Regwise never stores your card details.

5. No legal advice

The documents are professionally prepared guidance material. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with NIS2 or any other regulation. You remain responsible for adapting them to your organisation and for your regulatory obligations.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a package is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including regulatory penalties.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
